We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Baylor County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
