Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Moore County, Texas. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Your main tasks: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
