Catering cook wanted in Kibiya

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Kibiya, Kano State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
