Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Apapa, Lagos State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
