Scullery hand wanted in Tafa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Tafa, Niger State. You will work in a hospital canteen. On a typical shift you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts.
