We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Ozark County, Missouri. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 5+ years on the tools preferred.
