Requirements: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Careful handling of tools and components Day-to-day duties: • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
