Great opportunity: we are hiring a blocklayer in Morena, Madhya Pradesh. Your main tasks: • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays You should bring proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks; CSCS card or willingness to obtain one.
