We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Vanderburgh County, Indiana. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience.
