Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Suleja, Niger State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
