On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off.
