The role involves: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Rotating shifts.
