Captain waiter • Yauri, Kebbi State

Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in Yauri, Kebbi State. The job is at a beach resort. On a typical shift you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; clear and reset tables between covers; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Full-time with occasional weekends.
