Conventional mill operator — Bichi

Now hiring: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Bichi, Kano State. Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Day-to-day duties: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance 2+ years on the tools preferred.
