Finish carpenter wanted in Young County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Young County, Texas. You will work at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. The role involves: • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions Ideal candidate: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Own basic hand tools 1+ years on the tools preferred.
