Powder coating line operator • Devon, England

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Devon, England. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes £2,450 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
