Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Day-to-day duties: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦110,000 per project, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
