Day-to-day duties: • Demonstrate product features and pricing on the shop floor • Handle cash and card payments at the counter • Collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up • Collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues • Negotiate prices and close the deal • Follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp Ideal candidate: • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience • Basic smartphone and billing-app knowledge • Accurate in handling cash At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
