Confectioner wanted in Hardin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Hardin County, Texas. You will be based in a bread factory. On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
