Powder spray gun operator — Edwards County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Edwards County, Texas. The job is in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
