Food and beverage server — Gladwin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Gladwin County, Michigan. You will work in a coffee shop. Day to day you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
