Urgent requirement: powder coating line operator (Kano State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Warawa, Kano State. You will work at an automotive components factory. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Day-to-day duties: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Six days a week, one day off.
