We are recruiting: lift mechanic (Lagos State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Kosofe, Lagos State. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Your main tasks: • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox Full-time with occasional weekends.
