Fry cook wanted in Iwo

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Iwo, Osun State. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift.
