Urgent requirement: bread and bun maker (Ondo State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Ifedore, Ondo State. Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
