Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Ishielu, Ebonyi State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
