Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
