Long-haul driver • Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a long-haul driver in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The job is on long-haul routes across the country. The role involves: • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels Requirements: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Current Driver CPC qualification card 3+ years on the tools preferred.
