Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Kachia, Kaduna State. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
