Immediate opening: we are hiring a bricklayer in Lyon County, Nevada. The role involves laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go. Requirements: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
