Join our team: powder spray gun operator (Borno State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Gubio, Borno State. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
