Now hiring: we are hiring a waitress in Mbo, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On a typical shift you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; check back during the meal and handle special requests; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₦125,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
