Kitchen porter • Ohafia, Abia State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Ohafia, Abia State. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Your main tasks: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
