You should have: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging On the job you will handle: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
