Canteen cook — Doma

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Doma, Nasarawa State. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. We offer ₦255,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
