Immediate opening: bar waiter (Zamfara State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar waiter in Zurmi, Zamfara State. Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform You will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
