Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Obudu, Cross River State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream ₦230,000 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
