Grill cook • Onicha, Ebonyi State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Onicha, Ebonyi State. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off.
