Immediate opening: we are hiring a metal caster in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. The job is at an aluminium die-casting plant. You will shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle. Ideally you have willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor; comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal; willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
