Now hiring: we are hiring a gardener in Baltimore County, Maryland. You will be based in a residential garden complex. Your main tasks: • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings Ideal candidate: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $230 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
