Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Six days a week, one day off.
