Café server • Borgu, Niger State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a café server in Borgu, Niger State. The job is at a beach resort. Day-to-day duties: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
