Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Scott County, Virginia. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Overtime paid at a premium rate.
