Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Agwara, Niger State. You will be based in a hospital canteen. On a typical shift you will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Part-time with flexible hours.
