You should have: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • A good head for heights for tower crane work On the job you will handle: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
