Deboner wanted in Cass County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Cass County, Michigan. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Part-time with flexible hours.
