Join our team: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Ede North, Osun State. The job is at a reinforced concrete building site. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Your main tasks: • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
