Heavy equipment operator • Makoda, Kano State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Makoda, Kano State. The role involves: • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport Ideal candidate: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
