Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Fayette County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Your main tasks: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) 6+ years on the tools preferred.
