Immediate opening: we are hiring a waitress in Gwoza, Borno State. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On a typical shift you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; clear and reset tables between covers. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
